Define the project
Together with you we define the content of the project and its scope.
Determine the base
We work out all the important factors and requirements that need to be taken into account. The special expertise and the necessary tricks of your employees is very important for us.
Create the specification booklet
We create the specifications booklet for the specified project scope. And only with your approval is it bindingly set as the standard.
Suppliers
We select the possible suppliers and together with you we determine the final supplier.
The solution
We are the contact for the supplier. In the case of important details, we vote these with you extensively. We check the solution planned by the supplier. And only when all affected employees agree, we release the solution.
Preliminary acceptance
Together with the responsible person, e.g. B. department heads, we carry out the preliminary acceptance at the supplier.
The delivery
We only release the delivery once the preliminary acceptance has been successful and all preparations have been completed in your company.
Integration
If you want, we are on site when the delivery takes place and the solution will be integrated into the process.
Trial operation
After four weeks of a successful test run, the delivery is finally accepted. Of course, all employees concerned must give their consent.
Commercial management
We inform your accounting department when a partial or final payment can be made.
